XL Workshop 2017 surpassed all expectations!

The organization of an event is, by itself, a great challenge. When your audience are event professionals, the challenge is twofold. Hence the importance of the appointments in this field, which help MICE operators to get closer and use to surprise the participants with new trends or ideas that do not leave nobody indifferent.

For this purpose, the XL European Workshop 2017 was held in Barcelona in early March, an intensive working day that annually brings together representatives of the main venues of the continent with the medical societies responsible of the largest congresses. On this occasion, gastronomy became the main theme destined to create a unique event and experience.

The professional part of the event took shape with numerous one-to-one meetings, an educational session by the renowned chef Carme Ruscalleda (3 Michelin stars), networking breaks and a closing-summary session. The social part became the natural extension of the appetite of exchange that was present in the workshop, with visits to iconic places of the culinary culture of Barcelona.

With the collaboration of the Barcelona Convention Bureau, the event became a success and it definitely left a very good taste to all the participants.
