In the past months we’ve been preparing to meet you again, and we are ready. We have reinforced the CCIB with new safety and hygiene measures in light of the current situation caused by the COVID-19 crisis. Our primary goal is the safety of all event planners, exhibitors, delegates, visitors and staff working at the venue. For this reason, we have prepared this “Health and Safety Guide” to ensure that all events take place in the best conditions when the reopening of the center arrives, always following the instructions of the authorities.

New cleaning protocol
Furthermore, our cleaning department has drawn up an extensive protocol with all the CCIB cleaning and disinfection procedures. The document is constantly updated and specifies daily cleaning operations; frequencies; products and technical data; procedures before and after the reopening … In addition, each of the rooms and areas of the CCIB has a specific protocol.
